Last night I met up with a few friends for a drink, I hadn't seen two of them for nearly twenty years.
Our friends Dad's funeral is today and we all had a catch up for a chat and to reminisce before the emotion of this afternoon.
We met in our old stomping ground 'The Red Lion'. I remember going there to celebrate Colin's 15th birthday and we were regulars for a long time from then.
It was funny the year we went to celebrate his 18th birthday and had a badge on to say
so. The doorman just shook there heads in the way only doormen could back then. I guess underage drinking wasn't as frowned upon ;)
Other than my lack of hair on my head, nothing had changed. We slipped straight back in to chatting as if we'd only seen each other last week.
It was great and time flew by.
It's something that I often hear at bootcamp, the sessions go really quickly. It's because they are designed to flow and we have a laugh.
Exercise should be something you enjoy,
that way you are more likely to do it. If you find it a chore, you will find reasons not to go.
Wednesday is Coventry's One Big Thing. You can try a session at Achieve Bootcamp on the day for only £5.00. http://www.achievebootcamp.co.uk/onebigthingcoventry/
How about inviting a friend to join you.
