Bond - ultimate man

Spectre is brill.

We went to see it on Wednesday and loved it.  Daniel Craig is my favourite bond, he gives the character some oomph.

He also gives Bond some vulnerability.  He's not afraid to share his feelings or fears.

Unfortunately, most men are.

They don't talk enough about how they are feeling, about their fears or concerns; particularly when it comes to their health.

It's perceived they might be thought of as weak.

It can lead to problems developing which are much worse than they would have been if they sought help or advice earlier.

We're good at ego, banter and bravado, not so much at talking through any concerns we have.

My Dad died 4 years ago tomorrow from prostate cancer, one of the most survivable cancers if caught early.  He had faith in his GP who didn't pick up on the symptoms until his cancer had spread and more difficult to treat.

Every year, we take part in the Movember Awareness Campaign to raise awareness of male health issues and encourage men and women to feel confident about discussing their health.

Both physical and mental.

This year, we are running a private Facebook group with a daily fitness challenge.  The group is open to everyone who donates at least £10.00 to our Movember page http://www.mobro.co/teamachieve

33p per day for a fitness challenge and daily workout advice.  Believe me it has a lot more thought than one of those silly squat challenges.

Team Achieve will be on hand to answer any health and fitness questions you may have in the private group too.

Access to personal trainers for 30 days for the cost of one finger of twix.

It's a no-brainer, get donating.
