Earlier in the year Fran and I were interviewed for a health and fitness show on BodyPower TV.
Fran spoke about pre and post natal exercise, you can see the show here - https://www.bodypower.com/videos/bodypower/dals-vitality-show-pre-post-natal
I discussed the benefits of different environments to exercise in. A gym,
outside and at home, you can see it here - https://www.bodypower.com/videos/bodypower/dals-vitality-show-gym-environments
The perfect place to exercise is the place where you attend consistently.
I have trained clients who before they worked with me had gym memberships for years that went unused.
Some have home gyms that they wouldn't ever go in if somebody wasn't there to encourage them and make sure
they were working safely.
There are so many options out there to exercise, the key is finding one you enjoy and will attend regularly.
My route in to fitness was martial arts, the fitness was a by-product of learning to be a ninja ;)
I'm a little biased towards Team Achieve because we work with the individual to find what works for them rather than pushing you towards the option we want you to do. We used
to work that way but the results didn't last as long.
You need to establish a routine that you will follow for life not just a few weeks or months.
As always, we're here to help.

PS We're launching a new class to bring the week to a nice end. Team Achieve's A, B, C's - Activate, Balance and Chill; a combination of chi
gung, mobility, yoga, pilates and relaxation.
Something similar was one of our most popular classes when we taught together in a health club.
We're going to start next Friday 13th around 6pm, we're checking out a venue this afternoon and I will let you know more details tomorrow.
