I know we're way behind on the whole box set thing but we started watching Game of Thrones over the weekend.
We did manage to get 6 episodes in though :) It is quite loud and we used it to disguise the firework booms from Poppy.
One of the characters, Daenerys is sold by her brother to a barbaric ruler to be his
bride, in return for use of his army.
A pretty sh!tty thing for him to do and a bad situation for her to be in.
At first she struggles with it, then decides she can whinge and moan about it to take the bull by the horns and roll with it.
She changes her mindset about the situation she is in and her whole world changes. She takes control of her husband, the people he rules, change their opinion of her and she
becomes a loved Queen.
She could have been miserable for the rest of her life but she changed her story. It's something we all have the power to do.

We have been trying to start a relaxation and recovery class for years, we just didn't have the time was the story we were telling each other.
We knew that we would benefit from teaching it and our members would benefit from taking part. Recovery and mobility are the most neglected aspects of fitness yet I would argue the most important in the busy and stressful world we live in.
