I'm currently listening to the audiobook version of the Woman Code at the minute and it has lead to some strange looks while at traffic lights etc.
Today was
different.
This morning, on my way home I needed to stop at Selco for some DIY bits to wire in our new oven.
I pulled in to the car park and sat for a couple of minutes to finish listening to the section of the audio book I was on.
The volume was higher because of my drive down the dual carriage way. I looked to my left and noticed a builder staring from his van over at me.
He looked bewildered.
Then it hit me.
He had overheard the last sentence of the book and was wondering what a bald bearded bloke in a pick up truck was listening to. It certainly wasn't Ken Bruce.
The sentence he heard -
"If you rarely or never self-pleasure - start by building 30 minutes in to your week"
I smiled and gave him a thumbs
up.
The book is about correcting hormonal imbalances naturally. One of the main reasons we recommend our nutrition plan is to do exactly that.

Exercise should be tailored to your system too, something we focus on with our clients. Sometimes hard exercise will not be the way to go.
One of my clients recently
went through a very stressful time, we didn't add extra pressure by being uber-strict on exercise and food. We focused on controlling stress and doing activity rather than beastings. Sometimes that was a walk around the park, sometimes it was a movement therapy session.
My goal was to look after their body for the big picture not just the hour they were with me.
Our focus for our final bootcamp of the year is Damage Limitation, we won't
add stress to our members by asking them to be super strict on their diets. However, we will give them advice to win the battles that are worth fighting and limit the loses on the ones they are not interesting in fighting.
