I'm joining bootcamp

I leave for Everest 4 weeks today.  


I'm not really getting in enough training, with everything that is going on in our house at the minute I keep finding 'more important' stuff to do.  


Paint a ceiling, fill in some holes (another one created today when a nail went through a heating pipe), move  plug socket, order some random stuff of the internet.  The same sort of excuses everybody has.


As a result, I'm not exactly feeling myself in the fitness department.


I'm taking full responsibility for it and have decided that I will join bootcamp this month.  Fran isn't that happy as it means she will need to get up at 6am to actually teach the sessions I'm attending.


I've chosen the 6.30am class because I won't have any excuses built up by then.  I will start my day with the workout, go to work and deal with the house stuff when I get back.  


It's our final bootcamp of the year and our focus is on Damage limitation from the party season.  


The focus for nutrition is to focus on as much 'real' food as possible, the stuff that used to be just called food, and not feel guilty about any treats etc on nights out.
