Take an idea, add some belief, a sprinkle of self-doubt, some coaching and encouragement, a few tears, a bit of sweat and hard work and you can pretty much achieve anything you want to.

At the weekend, 2 Team Achieve members completed the Florence Marathon in Italy.

Not a big woo I hear you say, lots of people complete marathons.

You're right too.  The thing that makes this special for me though is that one of my coaching clients took on the role of coach and helped her friend through the race from initial idea to crossing the finish line together.

Oh and the fact that Maggie didn't start running until earlier this year, she is also 60.  

Biddi was told that she couldn't run ever again following spinal surgery, she is feeling great today with only a little muscle soreness.  We've worked hard to ensure her back was up to the job.

Suspending disbelief is an important part of the role we play in Team Achieve.  

I do everything in my power to support our members to achieve their goals, my belief outpours their doubt on every occasion.

Sometimes we have to modify the goal a little.  Sometimes we expand it to so much more than they thought were possible.

Whatever your goal is we can help you achieve it.  If a doctor or surgeon told you years ago that you shouldn't run or you should avoid certain exercises; they may have been right but they may have ben wrong too.

We can assess how your body works and the potential it has to improve.  We're not taking on any new fitness members now until 2016, although we could meet for a strategy session.
