...so with this is mind - we will be running our usual 8 week challenge AFTER the first block of 5 weeks.

Week 1a - w/c Monday 4th Jan - EVERYONE (whether signed up for bootcamp or not) will get daily support, advice and
guidance on getting started.
Food ideas, videos, contact via email/text with Fran, preparation ideas, how to make eating real food cost effective, a little gentle exercise and more. The idea is to lay good foundations for success for the next bit...
Weeks 1 - 4 - w/c Monday 11th Jan - Back to Basics
Bootcamp sessions start! We will already have more energy and be feeling better having done a good week of nutrition so it will be easier to face those exercise sessions (especially if you're signed up for the Memorial park sessions and, like me, you hate the thought of the early
mornings!)
Weeks 1 - 8 - w/c Monday 8th Feb - 8 week challenge
The second round of bootcamp starts with the option to join us on our 8 week challenge which will take us all the way up to Easter!!! (It seems along way away now
but by then the clocks will have changed, the sun will be shining and we'll all be thinking about our summer holidays - eek!)
The idea is to guide everyone gradually through the first 13 weeks of the year, laying solid foundations so that whether you continue your bootcamp journey with us after the first 5 weeks or not you will be equipped to deal with all the
challenges that come our way when trying to make lifestyle changes.
