If you're starting your mission with us on Monday it's time
to start thinking about getting prepped...
1) Get rid of any christmas food still hanging around - whether you
eat it all this weekend or donate it to a food bank is up to you!
2) Write a meal plan for the week - planning in advance is
THE biggest step towards success
and then...
3) Get your shopping in - whether that's on-line or in person
you need to do a shop. Either way - STICK TO YOUR LIST based
on no. 2!
4) Make something in advance - Soup? Bolognese? Chilli?
Curry? Shepherds Pie? All will last a few days in the fridge and it's
so much easier when you get in after work if you've only got to heat
something up.
5) Be REALISTIC!!!
...Just because you got a juicer for Christmas doesn't mean
you're going to fancy just a juice for breakfast in cold,
dark
January! If you know you'll last the morning better with fat
and/or protein plan breakfasts involving eggs, fish or meat.
Still make a juice if you want to but take it for a mid-morning snack?
6) Sign up to bootcamp - stop procrastinating, here's the link...

Go get prepped and I'll see you tomorrow!
