2 things to focus on tomorrow:
1) Have a GREAT breakfast - I'll be writing more on this

2) Drink more fluid - of any type (not 20 teas or coffees of course!)
- Water (obvs!)
- Greens
- Herbal tea - there's bound to be at least ONE you like
- 50/50 juice & water if you can't face plain water
- Lemon/Lime Water - hot or cold
- Squash (although we'll be weaning off that next week)
Just get some fluid down your neck :)
