Anxiety - Part 2

Thank you for all of the positive responses to Fran's message about her anxiety about driving down the M40 to pick me up earlier this week.

We write these regular emails to help people with their health and fitness goals, however, by writing them they often help us too.

We write about our own struggles and by putting them out in to the world, it helps us to be clear in our own minds and the messages we give.

We are human, we will show you our weaknesses in a hope that you can gain strength from them or know that it is ok to ask for help.

This year, I am going to focus on helping Fran get her confidence back for motorway driving.  My trek in Nepal taught me a lot about some of my own anxieties and fears and helped me to make a start on overcoming them.
