Step by step basics

This week I have spoken to a few people about our cookbooks, online nutrition plan and achieve bootcamp at home programme.

I then realised that it was pretty much impossible to sign up for the plans or buy the cookbooks.  

As I've updated websites with new software, I missed some pretty important parts of our business off the new sites.  

I've made a start on it this morning.  It' not a difficult job to do, it just takes a bit of time and patience and making sure that I know exactly what I want before making a start.

It's the same when you are trying to get fitter or lose weight. 

We all know what to do.

It's just sometimes we miss some basic steps or get mislead along the way because we haven't got a clear plan or know exactly where we are aiming to get.

We give our members step by step guides on nutrition, home fitness, shopping and how to set goals that are clear and exciting.  That way, if they lose their way a little they can simply go back to basics and get back on track.

In 2 weeks we are starting our 8 week challenge that will takes us up to the Easter holidays.

For some that will be a beach holiday, for others it will be the first time to hit the slopes this season.
