I got on the turbo. In fact, I did 2 days in a row.
I can't say that I enjoyed it but I also didn't hate it.
I felt pretty good when I went back in the house, knowing that I achieved something I planned to do.
That was a bonus.
Now I've made a start I know I will make it a
regular part of my weekly training.
Sometimes that's all it takes.
Getting started.
One of our members who joined this month, knew it was going to be a struggle to get up in the mornings. She thought about leaving it until the spring when it would be warmer and the mornings would be lighter.
I'm glad she didn't because she is 4 weeks ahead of where she would have been, 12 weeks ahead of
where she would be in the spring and she has done really well.
She hasn't missed a session and is really proud of her achievements, we are too.
What will it take for you to make a start and put yourself as the priority?
We are there for our members every step of the way, if you have any concerns about joining us or even one of our competitors or local gyms; reply to this message and we'll do our best to ease you on the
