We've started, so they'll finish

We started our 8 week transformation today.

Part of this process is coaching our members through their goals.

I wrote many times about how important it is to know your why.

During the next 8 weeks, our members are going to achieve a lot and change their views on how they see food and exercise.

They will know their WHY and be set on achieving their goals.

Wanting to lose weight is rarely about the weight itself.

The self help books tell us it's about our self worth, sometimes that has a lot to do with it.

Everybody has their own unique why.

It could be being lighter will take pressure of your joints and you'll be in less pain; less pain equals a generally happier life.

It could be when you are leaner your partner wants to get piggy more often, generally my reason ;)

You might want to set a better example to you kids.

The list is endless and most people have a wide variety of WHY's that aren't really about the number on the scale.

Have a think about the goals or resolutions you set at the start of the year.  Are you anywhere near to achieving them or did you give up on them after a couple of weeks.

Giving up on goals isn't a bad thing, it simply means they weren't the right ones for you.  They didn't mean enough to you.

You weren't prepared to pay the price to achieve them - this isn't a financial statement and I'll explain more later in the week.

Let me know what you really want to achieve and I'll see if there is anything I can do to help.

Our next intake isn't for another 4 weeks but that doesn't mean there you can't get started.
