Tasty food makes a diet so much easier to follow

It took a couple of days but a few of you messaged to say that they enjoyed the alternative pancake recipes.

I love pancakes, in fact I had some for breakfast today, I don't think they should be eaten just one day per year.

It's bizarre that something so easy to make, that everybody loves are only eaten on the day dedicated to them.

As we proved if you are avoiding gluten, dairy or sugar, it is still possible to enjoy pancakes.

We actually have 3 recipe books that we wrote which follow our nutrition principles.  As a result they are suitable for anybody following a REAL FOOD based diet.

They are also great for diabetics and coeliacs.
