I hope you're enjoying your Bank Holiday weekend.
We've had a great weekend with some bike rides, long dog walks and family visits. There's been a fair amount of chocolate eaten too.
I'm relieved I've now finished my Lent challenges and will write about that either later or tomorrow.

Last week somebody ask me about our bootcamp, cost etc. As
always I replied and offered answers to the other questions he asked.
He asked more questions and told me he couldn't afford to work with us.
I answered those questions and listed our competitors who are cheaper for him to look at.
F*** off and some other abuse was the reply I got back. I ignored it, I don't need that type of person in my life, replying would have extended our conversation.
Over the next few days he
sent more abuse, I ultimately replied regarding moving on and being nice.

We have plenty of readers who are not in the position to work with us in the near future but they take action on the things they can and give feedback that they enjoy reading them that's cool.
Obviously one of the reasons I write these emails is

I'm trying to live a positive life, sometimes it's easier than others, I won't entertain any abuse or negativity. I suggest you do the same.
I'm grateful for his emails though as it has made me consider a few things.
As part of our spring clean in the house this week, I'm also going to do one for my head and my business. Clear out the things that are not really working for us anymore and move on to greater
things.
If you enjoy my emails, I apologise for this downbeat one and please keep reading them.
