We're already at the end of March and looking out of the window it appears that Spring has finally sprung.

Over the weekend, I'm going to crack on with a few jobs that Fran has tasked me with as part of our spring clean; sorting out clothes for charity, a bit of DIY and finding space for some of my 'work' bags.

If the nice weather holds, I'll also make a start in the garden.

It's time to also time to have a little spring clean on my diet, too many treats have snuck back in.  I didn't eat any crap chocolate over lent but did find my way to the croissant counter a few times.

Something we've done in the past that I enjoyed more than I thought was a few days of only juicing.

It's not something I'd recommend on a long term basis but as a kick start and a way of refreshing yourself and your diet it can work well.

Most people go a bit too fruit crazy when juicing and making smoothies which then pushes sugar content up and has a reverse effect of what I'm going to do.

As part of our next bootcamp which starts on Monday I'm going to put together a 5 day kickstart for our members to follow with me.  We'll also be following The Real Food Plan for the rest of the month.
