One of our members is struggling to find their mojo at the minute.
Nothing really wrong but just not really 'feeling' it, especially with training.
We had a little chat about it this morning.
And 'solved' the issue.
They've just got too much going on in every other aspect of their life at the minute; including a house move, which has only just been confirmed.
They are similar to me in the
sense that they like routine and having things where they need to be.
The not knowing or having control was messing with their mojo.
They were putting themselves under too much pressure. Some people respond well, some people crack, some people just don't 'feel it' when under stress.
We are all individuals and need to be treated as such.
It's one of the reasons we limit our memberships, we can get to know our TEAM
and help in everyday we can. It allows us to offer a service which is pretty much personal training but in a group format.
