On Monday, I told you about how the government advisors are bickering amongst themselves over what is the best diet to follow.

With the current school of thought and the one I agree with being that you don't need to be low fat and the quality of your food being more important than the calorie content.

The low fat brigade are upset and are quoting research that doesn't actually exist in the real world.

Eating cholesterol has no effect on your blood cholesterol but they keep trying to convince us, I wonder if they may get a little brown envelope from the drug companies selling statins or the low fat food companies.

I mentioned that we help our members breakthrough the crap and understand what works for them, 2 of our girls mentioned to me this week that they have lost 3 inches of their waists over the past 3 weeks, a massive achievement and one that makes a huge difference to health.

Waist circumference is a big contributor to many 'lifestyle' diseases.

Here's part of an email I've just opened - "for the first time i have been able to go into GAP and buy a pair of jeans that fit....without starving myself.
So really i just want to say a massive thank you to you and fran! :)
"

Effective exercise plays a big part of the results our members achieve but nutrition makes the biggest difference to overall health.
