... is the best time to start a nutrition plan or exercise programme?
On a Monday?
Everybody starts on a Monday, our bootcamps start on a Monday, the week starts on Monday.
So surely Monday is a good time to start.
Not really, how many times have you planned to start on a Monday and spent the weekend stuffing your face with the foods you can't have on the diet before you start?
You then
wake up on the Monday feeling like crap and can't face having tasteless cardboard food, so commit to starting next Monday but you'll prepare better this time.
Or you get hammered and can barely get yourself out of bed, let alone go to the gym or for the run you said you would do.
There is no perfect day or time in the future that will guarantee you actually start let alone success.
In the same way there is no perfect exercise plan or diet
to follow.
Our programme are pretty spectacular in terms of getting results but they take commitment from the person doing them to actually follow them.
New members tend to join a few days in advance and spend that time getting started on the plan via our private website, videos and guides. Taking small steps along the way to the actual start date.
NOW is the best time to start.
Make a decision to focus on you and
improve your health (more on this tomorrow).
If you haven't bought lunch yet, you could choose a better option.
If you have a little spare time this evening, you could have a walk hen you get home from work.
You don't need to make big changes initially, start with something you know you can fit in and get started.
If you need a little help and guidance, we start on Monday -
