go to shit when you get punched in the face.

So last week I said that I would write about exercise calories 'tomorrow'.

That I had planned time in to my diary to write again.

Then our introductions started to our new 'housemates'.

We had a long commute to spend time with them each day which I hadn't factored in to our timetable.

The long drives and being constantly 'on' meant we were exhausted every night, hence the lack of blogs.

I'm pleased to say our 'housemates' AK13 moved in today (We're not using their names in blogs or social media).

Not having the drive home at the end of the day has freed up time for me to write and for Fran to catch up on the Vuelta (the Spanish version of Le Tour de France).

A quick tidy up and we're going to watch a movie (in my dreams).

The last 2 years waiting have been worth the last week alone.

We had all sorts of ideas about how parenting would work and planned out our days with them.  The plans changed.

We adapted them.

Knowing how to adapt your plans to still 'win' is what makes our members so successful.

They have the knowledge and skills needed to go out for a meal or a night on the town without completely destroying their results.

Our next block of bootcamp starts on Monday 5th September 2016.

We always use our September bootcamp as a chance to give everyone a reset and get back to basics with diet and nutrition.  Ready to get the serious work started for the Christmas party season.

It's not that far away.
