Our friends who run Lean Greens are having a relaunch this week with some fancy new packaging and a fancy bottle that looks really cool.
In full influencer disclosure, we get a little commission if you buy through our link, which we generally use each year to top up our own order.
More disclosure, we’re not influencers 😂 and in shocking news, the guys who run the company are actually are friends, we meet up
whenever they’re in the area and we’ve been on holiday with them.
In fact, when snowboarding with them years ago I introduced greens drinks to them as Tim was feeling really rough and we were using greens drinks to boost our health for fertility reasons.
Back then, the options were limited and generally tasted pretty awful. We got it down to two we used regularly; one was really grainy and one tasted a bit like aftershock.
Some of the first ones we had led to Fran gagging at the sink wondering how it was improving our health.
What is a greens drink?
It’s basically powdered green vegetables and some other stuff that works as a back up plan to add some nutrients in to your day.
Our kids have “dirty juice” every morning as their first drink, it’s Lean Greens with a glug of Ribena in. They’re getting better on
their vegetable eating but at least they have some in if it’s a day when they push the veggies off their plate.
Fran has hers mixed with orange juice, I have it straight.
There are cheaper options out there and more potent ones but of all the options I’ve recommended to clients in the past, this is the one that people have done most consistently based on it being smooth to drink and non-offensive on the taste buds.
As always, consistency is the key.
Their fish oil is really good too, here’s the link - https://leangreens.com/achieve if you want to check them out.
