I’ve spent the afternoon and early evening
constructing a new climbing frame for the kids.
The assembly instructions were a video on YouTube, not a single instruction diagram in sight.
It worked but I made some mistakes as it was easy to miss some detail when the kids were “helping”. A diagram or bit of text would have been easier to follow with the helpers I had.
Much like all of the fitness and nutrition advice you see on TikTok and Instagram, all
looks really jazzy and exciting but it’s much easier to follow if it’s written down or has a nice diagram.
Simple instructions like eat plenty of vegetables at most of your meals, sweat most days, drink something other than Monster.
A friend popped over during the final assembly which was a massive help as Fran couldn’t reach the high bits 😂.
The kids have had a play and are really looking forward to me anchoring
it in to the ground so they can let rip on it.
