So yesterday, I declared for November / Movember to run AND walk 1 mile per day, avoid my Mum’s sweet drawer, grow a moustache and write an email / blog.
Here I am at 8.30pm on day 2 and I’ve just remembered what I’m meant to be doing. I did avoid the sweet drawer and went for a walk with a friend earlier today.
Fran has just took A up
for a book and I said i was going to have a quick go on the PlayStation.
Luckily, I had a flick on facebook and somebody had just liked the post from yesterday and it reminded me to write this message and I’ll go out for a quick run when I’ve finished.
How can I avoid this happening in the future?
Getting the exercise bits done in the morning will take the pressure off. The main problem for me though is
actually remembering to do it.
Therefore, I need some front of mind primers. Something that I see regularly to remind me.
The easiest thing for me to do is to put a little sign on the snack cupboard and fridge, I visit those every time I go to the kitchen and I visit the kitchen multiple times per day.
What could you do to make your goals more visible and keep them front of mind?
