We’ve all been for a sensory therapy session today, it’s an hours drive away and we like to have a sing-a-long in the car to keep the energy high.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve introduced the kids to Queen, helped by the fact that their tunes are in Gladiators.
We’ve had conversations about why he killed a man etc.
The important factor though is:
He took responsibility for it, his life had just begun and now he’s gone and thrown it all away.
It’s advice we could all do with following at the minute.
There’s so much negative stuff in the media at the moment about how our country and others around the world are being ran and the negative effects it will have on the health of us all.
What
can we do?
Do what Freddie did and take responsibility.
We can focus on taking care of ours and our families health.
The healthier, fitter and stronger you are, the less likely you are to need to access our overloaded health service.
To do so, we just need to be consistent with the basics of health. I’ll do a reminder again tomorrow.
What music should we
introduce the kids to next?
