Firstly, thank you for all of the messages of support regarding me needing surgery on my face. It had been suggested in the past but not with the same intent 😂
Secondly, it has changed the priorities of the basics a little. Enjoying the process has always been part of the way that we work with our clients. There’s no point following a plan, food or
fitness, if you hate every second of it and stop as soon as you reach your goal.
However, we never know what life is going to throw at us and we need to look at the ways we can add a little more life in to our lives. I’m lucky, I’ve got to have a little surgery and I’ll have a bit of a scar on my cheek.
Too many people wait for set pints or milestones in their lives to start something or go somewhere they’ve dreamt of going; life
changes and they don’t get the chance to experience it through ill health, finance or injury.
We do need to plan for the future but not at the expense of living.
A diet or fitness plan that involves a bit of fun and life might take you longer to get to a set target but you’re more likely to continue once you get there.
