You can have the most detailed training programme in the world and not achieve anything if you don’t follow it.
You can spend hundreds of pounds having a diet plan, buying supplements and equipment to make everything required and not achieve anything if you don’t follow it.
I often speak to people who are waiting for the ideal time to start
working on their health goals, nutrition plan or a new hobby.
The thing is, the only perfect time to start anything is now.
If you are injured, you may have to adapt what you do in a fitness programme but you can still start.
You might not have the skills you want in the kitchen or the finances to eat organically but you can still start eating healthier by simply adding more vegetables to your meals.
You might feel that you want to be fitter before trying a new hobby, by starting it you actually get fitter and more specifically for the hobby you have chosen.
Aim to make changes you can fit consistently in to your life and consistency will be easier to achieve.
With consistency comes results that last a lifetime.
If you need help finding what works specifically for you and your lifestyle, we
can help with that.
