Life has a tendency to smack us in the face, literally and figuratively, without warning.
I meet too many people who have grand plans for their future have something unexpected happen and lose the ability to follow through on those plans.
I think we need to keep the future in mind but not at the expense of living now, as with all things it’s
a matter of balance.
On holiday, I kept reminding the kids to take the opportunity to do something now because we might have chance later in the break. As a result, we jumped off piers and bridges, abseiled down waterfalls, caught shrimp, crabs and some random fish, body boarded, paddled and ate amazing cakes and gelato.
Some of those things tipped me a little further away from some of this quarters goal but those things will be
lifetime memories for me and the kids.
We’re in the final section of the year and I encourage you to set some health and fitness goals to hit in the next 4 months, if you need some guidance on achieving them we can help.
I’d also like you to think about something you have always wanted to do but have been putting off. Is there any part of it you can do? Can you research the options you have to put sound meat on its bones?
What
can you do to add a little excitement before the end of 2025?
