if I’m enough.
If I can be enough.
If I can do the things that I want to do, now and in the future.
All I can do and all anybody can do is try, and keep trying.
To try to do something, you have to be clear on what it is that you want to achieve.
I meet so
many people who tell me that they want to lose weight or get fitter without actually having a number in mind.
And more importantly, a plan on how to get there. It is hard to plan how to get somewhere when you don’t know where that place is.
Spoiler alert - a number on the scales, label, or treadmill won’t change how happy you are, that’s a different journey.
However, the journey to a specific weight, distance
run, clothes size will need consistency of habits that will improve how you feel about who you are and who you want to become.
If you need help on planning a goal or any part of the journey, we’re here for you.
