Again I apologise for this lateness of this message, I've been stacked out again today.

Fran has been writing today about her experience of and as an instructor of Pilates.

She has likened it to our relationship and apparently I was a slow burner and grew on her rather than instant love at first site.

She must be getting her own back for my insults a couple of weeks ago.

There I was naively thinking I had got away with calling her a minter, a springer spaniel and having a big arse.
