In the fitness industry and Facebook fit-spirational messages the term "shredded" is thrown around as being really buff.

I have clients that are in ridiculously good shape, they are certainly shredded.

The work, commitment and dedication they put in to looking and performing like they do is beyond most of us; they sacrifice a lot.

Well today I became "shedded"; that is, my man shed was finished by the builder.

I'm really pleased with it, I had it built because it was annoying training in my gym / garage and tripping over the strummer and lawn mower.  I simply needed a little more space.

I had the idea of building a "lean-to" type thing along the side of the house; Fran wasn't really that pleased with the idea.

I was basically going to buy some panels and bodge away of resting them between the existing fence and the wall.

I think I would have done a reasonable job but nothing in comparison to the bat cave that I now have.

Fran had the idea of using the space by the garage and contacted a professional to come and let us know what he would do.

The result is way better than anything I even thought about.

Getting a professional in to do the job made a massive difference.

We see the same all of the time in our business.

The results our members achieve compared to those they had at the gym or in the previous years of dieting are amazing.

Taking advice off your friend who has lost weight or the bloke at the pub who looks fit is ok but if you really want to understand what is going on in your body and how to achieve life long results you need to call in the professionals.

We help people understand where they are going wrong in their diet and fitness plans every day.

From a little tweak or a complete overhaul, we work out what is the best route for our members to take.

If you need any advice let me know and I'll cover it in an email,

Darren 'shedded' Checkley

P.S.  I'm getting slightly worried about my ageing process.  In my head, I still feel like I'm 18; my body is still working pretty well too.

However, signs of ageing are definitely showing.  I'm excited by a shed and I've just been to the pub to have a pint of ale to celebrate its completion.
