The reason I recommended CokeTM has gone

I've just got back from Achieve Bootcamp and noticed a billboard on my way home showing Coca Cola's new bottle.

They changed the shape of the 2 litre to match their smaller bottles, which coincidentally reduces the volume by 250ml.

I wonder if they'll reduce the price.

They probably put the price up and sell it as a diet version because it has less calories in than the previous bottle, a common trick to dupe dieters.

My problem with this has nothing to do with the drink itself but the bottle.

Some of my therapy and coaching clients use a foam roller as a form of self massage; they can be particularly useful for your calves on a beach holiday.

Obviously, it's a bit much to ask of my clients to use up part of their baggage space with a big lump of foam, so I came up with a cheap solution available worldwide.

A 2 litre coke bottle was the perfect size to use, this change in shape means I'll have to get my thinking cap back on if they extend it to their other fizzys.

I know there are other round drinks bottles but the main difference is the quality of the plastic, other brands I've used have split.

The only reasons I can find now for buying coke or any other soft drinks are their ability to clean greasy surfaces, sinks and toilets.

My clients will just have to stop wearing flip flops on holiday or find a local therapist for a quick massage or I could run a holiday massage course :0)
