At the weekend Team Achieve are doing the WOLF run.

If you haven't heard of it, it's a cross-country / adventure / obstacle type run.

The great thing about the WOLF run is there is no time pressure.  Our goal as a team is to simply have fun and get around the course.

There are a few of the team who are focussed on pushing a little harder, they just need to try and keep up with our Kenilworth coach Andie :)

Throughout the year, we set challenges for our members to help keep them focussed on moving forwards and achieving their goals.

So far this year, our members have completed half marathons, marathons and a few longer bike rides.

In a couple of weeks, some of our members are tackling their very first triathlon (don't forget we have transition training this Sunday) in Stratford.

Then we have a couple of challenging mountain walks before completing the National 3 Peaks Challenge in 24 hours.

Towards the end of the year, we will be entering more WOLF run type races, a couple of more half marathons and triathlons and finally the John O'Groats to Lands End bike ride.

If any of these activities interest you and you would like to join a supportive team of people who are great fun to exercise with, our next bootcamp starts on Monday 28th April.
