Unfortunately not in the way that you're thinking you perve :)

She's got flu and is struggling to breathe.

8 years ago today, Fran and I got married.  I can honestly say that it was one of the best parties that I have ever been to.

We had a great time with our friends and family, that included Fran breakdancing in her wedding dress, me missing most of the first dance (thankfully my mate Graham can dance way better than me and stepped in) and us sleeping partly in the hallway to the bridal suite as I fell over and dropped Fran - we woke up fully dressed in the morning when my best man picked up my feet to put them in the room.

Fran truly is my best friend and I achieve so much more in life because she is part of it.

She supports me in my stupid adventures and plans.

She winds me in when I'm go too far.

Which is why I'm pleased to announce that tomorrow she officially takes a more prominent role in the Achieve business too.

In her words, she is becoming my facilitator; in mine, a full-time carer :)

I'm sure with her supporting me full-time in Achieve the business will grow and we can implement so much more.

Things just work better when you have support, which is why next month we are making some changes to Achieve Bootcamp.

Our personal training and health coaching services have been application only for a long time now; we're very particular about who we work with.  It works very well and our clients achieve amazing results due to this system.

With that in mind and following a conversation with one of our Achieve Bootcamp members who continues to inspire me on a daily basis, I have decided to make Achieve Bootcamp application only.

The people we have working with us at the moment are fantastic, they are willing to step out of their comfort zones and listen to what we say; even when it goes completely against the advice they have been given in the past.

I want to protect that, I don't want others joining who don't WANT to achieve and don't mind putting effort in to changing their lifestyle.

I want to spend my time working with ordinary people who want to achieve extraordinary things.

I don't want to work with people who are looking for a quick fix and are going to jump from one thing to another without getting the basics right first.

I don't want to work with people who jump on the juice plus, body by vi, aloe vera or any of the other 'get rich quick by preying on peoples insecurities' schemes.

If you think that is rash or unfair I don't really care, there is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of this email, simply click it.

I'm at a place in my life where I'm happy and know what my purpose is.

Helping 'Ordinary People Achieve Extraordinary Things'

With Fran's support, I'm going to change the world :)

P.S. I will send a copy of all of our recipe books to the first 8 (8 years) people that can tell me what sword we used to cut the cake. Correct spelling isn't necessary :)
