Sorry it has been so long since I last wrote an email, we have been uber busy and changing a few things around in the Achieve business which distracted me, it doesn't take much :)

Organising and doing the National 3 Peaks Challenge walk took up a lot of are time and Poppy was really ill and had surgery just before I headed off to Scotland.  I was real worried the whole time I was away, Fran and the dogs were meant to be with me on the trip for support but Poppy wasn't up to it.

She is much better now and starting to get back to being her old self and enjoying life :)

I'll be writing my report of the 3 Peaks event over the weekend including how lack of preparation can lead to a rescue off a mountain or a fail on your diet.

Back to the unattainable body - you can see a picture of it below.

That's Michelle, her results speak for themselves.  She originally started with Achieve on our Home bootcamp and has been a big part of Team Achieve ever since.  She joins us for lots of events and is signed up for the Kenilworth Half Marathon later in the year.

She trained to be a Boxercise instructor to pass on the enthusiasm she now has for fitness and eating well.

Her shape changed massively through the work she did with us and the dedication she continues to have.

Why is her body 'unattainable'?

Because Facebook says so.  As part of the change in how we do things, we thought that we would do a little advertising to let local people know exactly what they can achieve by working with us.  We used Michelle's photo in one of the adverts, we're really proud about helping her make the changes she has and she has become a really good friend.

However, Facebook didn't like the image and told us that the results were unrealistic, and that we were promoting a product that claims to result in an ideal body / physical image.

We had to remove the image to get anything approved.

So if you want to attain an ideal body, you can by joining us and doing what we say :)

The changes that are coming will see our members achieving so much more, having better relationships with food and feeling amazing.  And it's no coincidence that when you feel amazing you look pretty hot too.
