One of the major reasons that our members struggle to stick to the nutrition plan is time. They feel that preparing good nutritious
food takes more time.
In some cases it does because of the time taken to learn some new
kitchen skills. However, in most cases it just means a little switch around of how you do things.
With the change of seasons hitting us hard, we're getting in to porridge season. It's really easy to make in a pan rather than a microwave but lots of people struggle with getting it right.
