15" lost with just our basic info

One of our members sent me a message yesterday because she has been a member for just over 3 weeks and she got an email telling her about getting started.

Internet gremlins messed up my system and didn't send her the daily support emails and links to more information about our nutrition and exercise programmes.  

As a result, she just received the basics, support in the sessions, reply to any questions and the outline of The Real Food Plan.

However, she has absolutely rocked it.  15" off in the first three weeks, I can't wait to see her final measurements on Sunday and I'm really looking forward to the results she gets next month when she has the full support of our programme.

That loss includes 2" off her chest, 5" off her waist (yes you did read that correctly) and 3" off her hips.

The key to success in any programme is taking responsibility and getting on with it.  Sam has travelled with work, had nights out with friends and has still managed to stick to the plan.

She is the type of person who we love working with and one of the reasons we have an application process for our Achieve Bootcamps.  We don't want people who think that it doesn't work for them because ...

We want people who are committed to achieving their goals and will pay attention to what we say.

The best diet in the world is the one that you follow and can follow for the rest of your life (hint: it's not really a diet).
