Getting started.
It's that time of year when I hear conversations about getting fit in the New Year or there's only 2 months left so the diet can wait until January.
There's nearly 10 weeks left until 2015.
10 weeks is enough time for most people to train for a half marathon or make a massive difference to your strength and fitness.
10 weeks is enough time to lose 2 stone.
10 weeks is enough time to see a big difference in your body shape in the mirror.
The key is to get
started and not wait until a special month or magical day when the stars align. Start today and make a difference to your health before something happens that forces your hand.
We have 8 weeks of Achieve Bootcamp left if you would like some support with the nutrition and fitness side of things, the important thing is just to start.
