When?

When is a good time to get started?

Monday is usually the day but that means that you now have to wait 4.5 days to get going.

And in my experience everybody that waits until Monday to start again, fails.

Plain and simply, either doesn't get started at all or puts it off until the following Monday or the one after that.

That is of course unless you have support and guidance, we start our groups on a Monday.  However, we email daily and hold our members accountable when they don't attend.

Does your gym do that?  I know personal trainers that don't offer the level of attention to their 1-1 clients that we do with our groups.

We are not the cheapest option but like L'Oreal it's because you are worth it.  We invest our time and money in to making sure your experience with us and the knowledge we can give you is up to date so you don't waste precious time on methods that only work short term.

We have one last 4 week block before Christmas, it's our annual Damage Limitation Camp.  Our members do still achieve results during these 4 weeks but some of them want to let their hair down and know they aren't putting themselves 7 steps backwards for the New Year craziness.
