How to improve at anything ...

Be consistent.

If you are trying to get fitter, be consistent.  Get a training programme that monitors where you are now and how much you are improving and stick with it.

If you are following a diet, be consistent.  The best diet in the world doesn't work if you don't follow it consistently and over the long term.

We can all make improvements short term with bits and bobs of good food and exercise but the results soon slow down and plateau when you miss sessions or let too many treats slip in.

The Movember man exercises at the bottom of this months emails are quick and easy to do and done consistently over the month will give you results on your body shape.

Just do them and stop finding excuses, most days they will take a little more than 2 minutes.  If you can't find 2 minutes during your day to improve your health then you really do need help to get organised before you become ill.

You don't have to be perfect all of the time just consistent with the plan or path that you are following.

We're off shortly to Fargo Village to visit one of our members, they have a stall serving sour dough pizza and calzone, do we eat that every day, no, but we do enjoy it as an occasional weekend treat.  You should check them out @spectaculargoat.

Sour dough seems to cause less people digestive issues than standard dough, so a good option if you find yourself bloated following bread etc.

P.S.  Technology let me down yesterday and I couldn't send out the email so November Man is a double whammy today.
