I've just got back from a bike ride, we had to postpone the start time by 30 minutes because it was so foggy and I was close to calling it off because it didn't seem much better at 8am.

I'm so glad I didn't.  It's a fantastic morning, a little chilly but that's what layers are for ;)

I met up with my training partner Colin and we just hd a casual ride to give him a chance to use his new bike.

It's stunning and super smooth which means even more pain for me trying to keep up with him.

We don't get many days like this at this time of year, so do your best to get outside.
