Is when you are hungry.
Supermarkets are set up for impulse buying, I know, I have impulsive tendencies and get distracted walking through the vegetable aisles. The other aisles are a nightmare for me.
If I go in hungry, all sorts of snacks and treats find there way in to
my basket / mouth. Some don't even make it to the car.
If you are trying to change your body shape, you simply need to have a snack before heading to the shops. That way it is easier to remain focussed.
