The song goes "always look on the bright side of life" but sometimes we fall out of the habit of seeing any positives in our lives.
I do something with my coaching clients that helps them to see the positives, nothing complicated just a daily task to work through that takes seconds. In the same way that when you buy a new car, you see lots
of them around because your awareness for that car is heightened, when you start to focus on goods things, you see more good things in the world.
I'd like you to do a simple, yet really difficult task today.
List 20 things or memories that make you smile, it doesn't matter how random they are. Just write them down, if you get past 20 not a problem keep
going. I'll share mine and explain why tomorrow.
