If I only had a brain ...

We're watching The Wizard of Oz as I'm sure most of the country are.  We have our very own scarecrow in Poppy, she is terrified of fireworks which meant we had a quiet night in and woke up early this morning without feeling hungover.

The Lion, Tin-man and Scarecrow all join Dorothy on her journey down the yellow brick road because they are searching for something that they already have yet they don't realise it.

Judging by the Facebook statuses I've read today, many people feel the same way.  They are searching for the best diet or exercise programme, looking for the magic bullet that will get them the results they desire.

But we all have the answers to our fitness and nutrition problems, it's just that they require a bit of work and responsibility.  The wizard doesn't just give them the gifts they desire straight away, he sends them away to complete a task; if you consider murdering the witch and stealing her broom a task.

You don't need anything else to be successful, you simply need to do the things that you know you need to do - eat better foods and exercise a little.  If you're not sure what that means we can help you.

If you're not sure where to start, follow the nice witches advice - "it's always best to start at the beginning".  Again we can help you with that.

Like the Wizard of Oz, we will help you see the best version of yourself and guide you down the yellow brick road to achieve it.
