It was Fran's birthday night out at the weekend and we had scheduled a quiet night with friends. A couple of drinks and some nice food afterwards.
As I've said previously, plans don't last when the first shot is fired. We ended up on a major session and in Scholars doing some serious dancing. There's a picture of the first
round below.
Our hangover reduction plan worked and we both felt pretty good on Sunday. Our friend had to come and pick us up for breakfast as driving wasn't an option until the late afternoon but we were both functioning well.
The greens drink method is definitely worth trying if you suffer from hangovers, they used to wipe me out for days.
I have written a little more about greens drinks here:

We spoke to our friends about damage limitation over the Christmas period and I came up with the "Porky Pig Belly Buster Christmas Challenge".
The challenge will run
from Friday 19th December 2014 and finish on Sunday 4th January 2015.
We will be taking a waist measurement on Friday morning and following some simple food rules and doing a little daily exercise, no more than 10 minutes other than a walk outside.
The aim is simple, to have a waist measurement that is the same or smaller at the end of the
challenge. There's no point putting more pressure on yourself to achieve amazing results over the christmas break. However, not sliding back so you have a bigger goal come January is a great idea.
If you're interested in joining us, let me know and I'll set up a Facebook group for the challenge.
