I'm not religious but I like to support Fran in whatever she chooses to do. I find it easy to remove things from my diet as
I do so as an experiment on a regular basis when I'm playing around with new methods for fat loss etc.
What I do find more difficult is adding stuff to my day and being consistent with exercise. Therefore I'm challenging myself to do some form of exercise starting tomorrow for 40 days.
If you want to join me I'll post what I'm doing on these blogs. Don't worry, there's not going to be massive 2 hour long sessions. It will all be body weight exercises you can do with minimal equipment building up gradually to Easter.
Obviously, I'm training for an Ironman so I will be doing some additional training too but this is mainly about building in some more daily activity.
Let me know if you're up for it.
