I'm a little disturbed by the fact that I hadn't seen bum enhancing panties until this morning.  I've just had an email through advertising a pair for £20.00.


They're basically the bum alternative to a push up bra.


Is nothing safe from the fake look?


Padded bra's didn't exist when I was dating in my late teens and 20's, what you saw was generally what you got if you were lucky enough to actually get past the awkward conversation stage on to the petting stage.  


As a result I've always appreciated a meaty bottom, I have one myself too.  I would have been gutted if when all was finally revealed I had been duped and there wasn't a real booty there.


As a society, we need to encourage people to be happy with what they've got or work to improve that rather than looking for quick fixes.


If you have a straight line bum, it is hard work to get any shape; Sam quite literally works her ass off to get any shape.  She's done it though and is proud of the booty she has.


If you want to add a little flesh to your ass or just make the one you have a little firmer, today's Lent challenge exercise is a great place to start.  Single leg deadlifts will get your bottom working along with the muscles down the back of your thighs to add some extra shape.


Go for 20 repetitions on each leg.  Tempo is important again, count to 4 on the way down, pause and clench on the way up for 2.
