£6.99 any size pizza

I've got to admit I kind of miss the pizza board people on every junction and roundabout around Coventry.

There were lots of reports on social media and in the news that it was demeaning and humans shouldn't have to do that type of work but I thought it was a great idea to get people talking about Dominos pizza.  I'm not sure what their rate of pay was, I'm sure it wasn't brilliant but most of the pizza dudes seemed to just get on with it.

As I have mentioned before, it doesn't matter if you hate your job if it gives you the means to do something you want.  I'm certain they didn't earn a lot of cash, they did however earn more than if they sat at home worrying and moaning about not working.

I drive all over the city and lots of the "pizza's" were pretty jolly considering the weather we had last week.  They had their headphones in and were just dancing and waving at drivers as they went past.  I think the best dancer and cheeriest "pizza" was on the roundabout between centre AT7 and the A444.  She just didn't stop smiling or dancing.  I bet she got a lot of steps done over the week.

Other than the solution from standing at the side of the road during rush hour, they probably all did more activity than they would in their daily lives.  Definitely more than the standard office worker who can sit down for anything up to 18 hours per day.

It was thinking about the seated life that gave me today's exercise; a simple one but really important and effective if you spend your day in the office staring at a screen or driving for most of the day.  Today I want you to do flutters, they work pretty much all of the muscles behind you and help to open up your chest and correct postural issues related to seated life.

Again just 40, tempo for these is 2 up, 1 pause, 2 down.
