Short and hard

We're a ¼ of the way through the Lent Daily Challenge, so a little bit of a workout today.  


It's only six minutes but I want you to work as hard as you can.


Using a timer or stop watch, I want you to work for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds.


Switching between 3 exercises for 2 rounds.


1.  Squats

2.  Press Ups

3.  Frog Jumps


It's tougher than it looks, don't worry though there's an easy day tomorrow.
