I'm not alone

It seems that the toilet is THE place to catch up on emails :)

A majority of those who replied admitted to getting away from it all in the work toilet cubicle and having a few minutes to yourself.  It really is the last place you can go without somebody bugging you.

Unless you have small children, then there is nowhere.  My emails provide food for thought and entertainment in more conventional places too.  Waiting at the school gates, outside the gym, waiting for the kettle to boil as well as he obvious at the desk pretending to work ones ;)

Thank you for taking the time out of your lives to read my random thoughts and messages, it really does mean a lot.

One of our members is going through a health scare and a bit of a hard time at the moment and I wanted to remind everyone that life sometimes kicks you in the balls.

So live every day.

Don't dwell on the past and others that have hurt you, move on and I've with vitality.

At the weekend I was reminded of a great quote from The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel:

It will be alright in the end and if it's not alright, it's not the end.

Find positives in everyday, they're there, they just might be hiding a little.  However, when you start looking for them they become more apparent.

Write them down as a reminder, it could be something as simple as a smile from a work colleague but there are positives in every day that are worth celebrating.
